My Approach
My mission is to provide personalised, evidence-based chiropractic care in the comfort of your own private treatment space. I focus on treating the underlying cause of your condition, not just the symptoms, tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals.
Treatment includes precise chiropractic adjustments, which help reduce pain, restore joint movement, and support healthy nervous system function. I also integrate soft-tissue work into each session, which helps to release tight muscles and improve circulation. This allows adjustments to hold better and feel better for longer.
Every session is held in a calm environment, with generous time allocated so you can feel comfortable, ask questions, and receive the care your body needs.
What is Chiropractic and How Can it Help?
Chiropractic care is a regulated, drug‑free healthcare profession focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing disorders of the neuromusculoskeletal system, as well as the effects these disorders can have on overall health. It uses manual therapies such as spinal manipulation, soft‑tissue techniques, and lifestyle guidance to improve function and reduce pain. Many people seek chiropractic treatment for issues like low back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other joint problems.

About
Gabrielle Middleton D.C
I am an active member of the Spanish Chiropractic Association and enjoy treating patients of all ages and complaints; from children aged 9+ to the elderly, desk workers to athletes, acute trauma to chronic pain conditions, or people who are simply looking to maintain their overall health and wellbeing.
In 2023 I obtained my university degree at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. I later went on to work as a registered chiropractor for a practice in the United Kingdom and was a member of the General Chiropractic and British Chiropractic Associations.
Following this, I worked as a chiropractor at a wellness centre in Thailand. Here I developed a deep appreciation for integrative healthcare, introducing individuals to well-researched complementary therapies that work effectively alongside Western conventional medicine to enhance overall wellbeing.

How to Prepare for Your First Visit and What to Expect
After booking your first visit, you'll receive a secure online intake form which is to be completed before your first session. This allows you to share important details about yourself, your symptoms, past medical history, general health, lifestyle, and goals.
Please come to the clinic in something comfortable that allows you to move easily: a T-shirt, joggers or leggings is perfect.
In the initial consultation we will discuss your case further and I will conduct a physical exam. The assessment is carried out in a clear, relaxed way so you always know what to expect. I will assess your posture, movement, and how your muscles, joints, and nerves are functioning.
You will usually receive your first treatment during the same visit. This will include specific chiropractic adjustments and soft-tissue work; treatment will always be specific and tailored to your needs. After treatment sessions, it’s normal to feel a bit sore, achy, or tired - similar to how you might feel after exercising.
